How long has Thinkific been around?
Over 11 years ago, Thinkific’s CEO Greg Smith found himself capped when teaching a weekend LSAT course. He struggled with ways to improve the learning experience for his current audience, while also building a profitable business to reach more students. For Greg, taking his course online meant an opportunity to get more students into law school, while simultaneously freeing up more time to spend with family. But there wasn’t a software platform to help him. So, along with co-founders Matt Smith, Miranda Lievers, and Matt Payne, the team set out to build the best software for not only themselves but for every course creator.
